Order Cancellation Requests
You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Because fulfillment can begin quickly, a cancellation can only be completed if the order has not already shipped.
If the Order Has Not Shipped
If your cancellation is successfully completed before shipment, the canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
If the Order Has Already Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. After delivery, eligible items can be handled through the Return & Refund Policy.
