Shipping Destinations
Multiversity ships within the United States and to selected international destinations. Available delivery methods depend on the items in your cart and destination. Checkout is the source of truth for the shipping options and rates available to a specific order.
Order Processing
Orders typically take 2–3 business days to be processed and prepared for shipment.
United States Shipping
For the current default shipping profile, U.S. orders of $75.00 USD or more qualify for free shipping. A $4.99 USD Standard rate is currently configured for eligible U.S. orders up to $39.99 USD. Carrier-calculated UPS and DHL options may also be available, including for carts that fall outside the fixed Standard-rate range.
Transit time for standard U.S. delivery is generally estimated at 2–7 business days after processing, but actual delivery timing can vary by destination, carrier, and service selected at checkout.
International Shipping
Selected international destinations currently have a $4.99 USD Standard rate for eligible orders up to $39.99 USD and free shipping for eligible orders of $40.00 USD or more. UPS and DHL carrier-calculated options may also be available. For some other destinations, DHL Express may be the only configured option.
Because international availability and carrier options vary by destination and cart, review checkout for the methods and prices available to your order.
Tracking
When tracking is available for the selected shipping service, tracking information is provided after the order ships.
